“Goddess, Queens, and Spirit Women” ~ Saturday, August 23 · 1 – 4 pm PT

Welcome to another Jambalaya Wisdom Circle workshop

“Goddess, Queens, and Spirit Women”
Saturday, August 23 · 1 – 4pm PT

“This workshop offers a blend of cultural history, sacred art, ritual practices, and spiritual self-examination.
Yeye Teish shares stories of the Goddesses from her latest book “A Calabash of Cowries: Ancient Wisdom for Modern Times.” We examine how the energy of the Divine Feminine functioned in the Great Queens. We witness how spiritual power moved through them, enabling them to throw off the yokes of oppression and to change the course of human history.
Come meet three dynamic women, our guest speakers. Iya Oloruntomi, the creator of Shyne, a Black women’s healing group. Onyi, a womb healer and labyrinth facilitator, and Cesily, who conducts rites of passage for young women. Connect with them for future relationships.

Most importantly, we will reveal the Queen that lives in you and provide exercises to ignite the power of the Divine Feminine in your life.
While this workshop concentrates on the Goddesses of the African diaspora, we will draw examples from the four directions. Everyone is welcome.
Please come to the circle with a candle (any color), a clear glass of water, a pen and paper, and a photo of yourself.
Let’s circle ’round.
See you there.
Yeye Teish
