Adriana Salazar Vega is the Crosscultural Coordinator for the Sun Project at The Fountain for the Natural Order of our Existence (thefountain.earth).  For the last 10 years, Adriana has been working in Colombia with original peoples from the Amazon Rainforest and La Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta as a community-based manager, facilitating the work related to the well-being of these sacred ecosystems. The work involves Land Trusts, Food Security Projects, and the Indigenous Own Education Program with the Kággabas or Kogis and the Amazonian Indigenous Women Association.

 

Franz Kaston Florez is the Cultural Advisor at The Fountain for the Natural Order of our Existence (thefountain.earth), Colombian jungle veterinarian, tapir specialist, and expert on wild fauna. Through scientific research on tapirs, he arrived in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, and for over 20 years, he has maintained ties with the Kággaba communities who coexist in the jungle with the last remaining tapirs of the Sierra. He has even lived alongside them to discover their culture and establish bonds of friendship that have endured over time. His friendship with the Kággaba allows him to be a connector between the ancestral world and The Fountain, in interpreting their culture for a Western understanding.

  • Recordings: Anyone registered will receive a link to the recording after the course concludes.
